Another commute, another old International truck.
I don’t know what this is, but best guess is early 60's late 50's either D line or loadstar. Very pretty, just trundling along trying not to vibrate itself to bits. EDIT: looks like a KB-11, thanks Ramblin

That perspective makes the front tire look so skinny, like something from a 30s car.

Sure it wasn’t a KB? Definitely not a Loadstar, and I don’t think the fenders are right for L or R series.

the ratio is pretty skinny, but when you look at how tall it is, its still relatively wide.

The K and KB series model numbers were really straightforward, surprisingly. Numbers indicating cargo capacity, with regular breaks for cab size.
If I remember correctly, the KB1-3 had one size cab, the KB4/5 had another, and the really big K/KB had two more cab sizes at least - though I think they mostly had two hood lengths based on motor, not capacity.
(both purportedly KB-6)
The prewar and early postwar K/KB big boys have a fluted grill, the one in your pic is a late model. The little and medium K/KB got a revised grill with decorative sides when they went through the KB revision, the big boys didn’t.
